color inspiration=bolds

they say "art imitates life". i guess so. i've been known to like a color or two from time to time! (my front door alone has been every color of the rainbow) here's a color story of a few of my favorite photos i've taken {my home, travels, etc} combined with some of my latest creations. i like it BOLD - what can i say? com'on color. don't be shy.
-vivid, pattern, bold, saturated, crisp, clean, true-
sometimes it's not an actual "color" - but "that" color next to a "color" that gets me most.
what inspires you? where do you find a creative spark? what's your favorite color?

  4. I think there are moments in life that inspired a certain color.
You have to keep my eyes open to see the color that suggests every moment.
    Good weekend

  5. LOVE! Speaking of "that" color next to "a" color, my bedroom is all black furniture with light blue bedspread & curtain but with ORANGE accents! E.g. a vase full of poppies and some Pottery Barn orange and white damask pillows. My friends who aren't familiar with complimentary colors are always shocked that it actually "works"!

  6. Love all that delicious color! I'm currently obsessed with trying to figure out what color I want to paint my new front door on our new light green house. The house is not a color I would have chosen but it is there to stay for awhile. I want to have a happy entrance to our happy home.
